General Description of Work: The work generally consists of mobilization and demobilization; developing, implementing and maintaining a traffic control system and water pollution control program; furnishing and placing crack sealant and microsurfacing materials; removing and replacing traffic striping and pavement markings; cleanup of the project areas, and other items of work as shown in the contract documents.

The primary objective of this RFP is to find and select a qualified consultant to complete an inspection of the Town’s sanitary sewer collection system infrastructure using electroscan, performing inflow and infiltration estimates, and update Town’s existing system wide sewer infrastructure maps and Town’s Geographical Information System (GIS).

The work generally consists of mobiliztion and demobilization; developing, implementing and maintaining a traffic control system and water pollution control program; cold planing, removing and disposing of existing pavement; placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA); lowering and adjusting utility covers; replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installing shoulder backing; cleanup of the project areas, and other items of work shown in the contract documents.

The work generally consists of mobilization, traffic control, stormwater and SSO control plan, clean and video all lines before Sliplining PVC fold and form 6”, 8” and 10” lines, restore laterals, post work video inspection, construct a new SS manhole, install “Top Hats” at each reinstated lateral connections. All work is performed manhole-to-manhole (or cleanout). Contractor shall provide bypass pumping for uninterrupted service. Fiberglass and CIPP are not considered approved equals to the PVC “fold and form” type liner.

The work generally consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; night work (revocable); cold planing, removing and disposing of existing pavement; installation of pavement fabric; placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) or rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA) materials; pruning and removing tree roots under HMA repairs; lowering and adjusting utility covers; installation of stamped HMA crosswalks; replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; cleanup of the project area, and other items of work as shown in the contract documents.

The work in general consists of asphalt repairs, including: cold planning existing asphalt; hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving, traffic striping, lowering and adjusting utilities, traffic control, water pollution control plan, and related items of work as shown on the plans, as specified in the Standard Specifications and these special provisions, and as directed by the Engineer.

Underground water line replacement work including:• General Work: Mobilization, traffic control, erosion/water pollution control, trench sheeting, shoring and bracing and construction surveying staking.Water Work: Six-inch and eight-inch water line installation and/or replacement, six-inch and eight-inch gate valve installation, water-line appurtenance work (fire hydrants, water services air release valves, and abandonment of existing water lines in place.• The work is divided into a base bid plus bid alternate 1 and bid alternate 2.

Construction of a new multi-use path including: • General Work: Mobilization, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, erosion/water pollution control, tree, stump, and landscaping removal.Improvements: Minor grading, Class 2 base, concrete curb, colored-concrete sidewalk, access ramps, concrete retaining curb, percolation trench, fencing, +/- 80-foot long pre-manufactured pedestrian bridge (supplied by contractor), concrete bridge abutments and finish landscaping.
